1. Who We Are
AkashLabs is a free educational content platform available at akashlabs.qzz.io. We are operated by the AkashLabs team. You can contact us at akashplaysxd@gmail.com.
2. What Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your actual password). We also store the content you post, your A-Bucks balance, your profile picture if you upload one, and your social links if you add them.
When you use the platform, we automatically record your activity such as posts you unlock, ads you watch, codes you redeem, and notifications you receive. We do not collect your IP address, device fingerprint, or location data beyond what Cloudflare Workers processes automatically as part of serving requests.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address to send verification codes when you register or reset your password, to send two-factor authentication codes if you enable 2FA, and to send official announcements from the AkashLabs team. We use your activity data to calculate your A-Bucks balance, display your profile to other users, and detect abuse of our reward systems.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data for any purpose outside of running the AkashLabs platform.
4. A-Bucks and Virtual Currency
A-Bucks are a virtual in-platform currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money. Any attempt to sell, trade, or exchange A-Bucks outside of the AkashLabs platform is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a permanent ban. We actively monitor for abuse and reserve the right to reset balances or ban accounts that exploit our reward systems.
5. Your Content
Posts you publish on AkashLabs are visible to other registered users. Free posts are visible to any logged-in user. Paid posts require A-Bucks to unlock. You own your content. By posting on AkashLabs you grant us a license to display it on the platform. You can delete your posts at any time.
6. Data Security
All data is stored in Cloudflare D1 databases with industry-standard security. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 and never stored in plain text. Authentication uses signed JWT tokens that expire. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data at any time through your profile page. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at akashplaysxd@gmail.com. You have the right to change your email and password at any time from your profile settings.
8. Cookies and Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to store your login token and basic profile information locally on your device. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use analytics services that track you across websites.
9. Children
AkashLabs is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account. If we discover an account belonging to a child under 13, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify all users through an official notification on the platform. Continued use of AkashLabs after a policy update means you accept the new terms.
